What is a reverse recruiter?
A reverse recruiter is hired by the job seeker, not by an employer. You tell us what kind of role you're looking for. We help find relevant jobs, handle agreed-upon applications, and keep your search moving.
Do you actually apply to jobs for me?
Yes. With your approval and using truthful information you've provided, we handle the repetitive parts of applying — account creation, employment history, standard questions. Questions only you can answer are flagged for your input.
Will you impersonate me in interviews or take assessments for me?
No. We never impersonate you in employer conversations or interviews, and we never secretly complete coding tests, technical assessments, or personality tests on your behalf.
Is Reverse Recruiter a human or an AI bot?
A real person is assigned to your search. We use tooling to stay organized, but the search decisions, filtering, and applications are handled by a human reverse recruiter.
Pricing & billing
How much does it cost?
There are two payment options for the same core service. Success Fee Option: $1,500/month plus 8% of your accepted first-year base salary, only due after you accept a job. Fixed-Fee Option: a flat $3,000/month with no success fee.
When is the success fee due?
Only after you accept a new job. If you don't accept a job while working with us, the success fee never applies. It only applies to customers on the Success Fee Option.
Can I cancel anytime?
Both options are month-to-month. You can cancel your future renewal at any time before it processes.
Do you guarantee I'll get a job or interviews?
No. Employers control all hiring decisions. We don't guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, or employment — anyone who does is not being honest with you.
What's included
What's included in the service?
Personalized job-search strategy, a dedicated reverse recruiter, job discovery, opportunity filtering, application management, application tracking, ongoing search refinements, a customer dashboard, and ongoing communication.
Do you write my resume?
Professional resume writing is not currently included. We use resume versions you provide. This may be added later as an optional service.
Do you do interview coaching or salary negotiation?
Not currently. Reverse Recruiter focuses on the search-and-apply side of your job hunt. These may be added later.
Do you do LinkedIn outreach on my behalf?
We don't currently conduct hiring-manager outreach or LinkedIn networking on your behalf.
Privacy & trust
How is my information used?
Your personal and professional information is used to provide the services you request. You control the criteria that guide your search.
Do you sell my data?
No. Your information is used to run your search, not sold to third parties.
