RReverseRecruiter
Application service

Hand off the repetitive job applications

Our job application service is human-run. You share your resume and target criteria, a reverse recruiter finds and reviews relevant technology roles, and we complete the approved applications using truthful information you gave us. Questions only you can answer come back to you. Everything submitted is tracked in one place.

How the service runs

1. Intake

You share your resume versions, employment history, education, technical skills, certifications, target titles, compensation expectations, location and work arrangement, and anything that's an outright dealbreaker. This is the material every later step draws on.

2. Search criteria

We turn that into explicit criteria — not just a job title. Seniority, tech stack, company size, industry, compensation floor, remote or on-site, commute limits, and the things you don't want to see again.

3. Job review

A person reads the listings. Titles are unreliable in technology hiring: the same title covers wildly different work depending on the company. Reviewing the responsibilities and requirements is what keeps the applications relevant.

4. Approval

Applications proceed on the basis you set at intake — either against approved criteria, or role by role if you'd rather see a list first. You can change that arrangement at any point.

5. Application completion

Account creation, employment history, education, skills, routine screening questions, the right resume version attached. This is the part that eats your evenings, and it's the part we take.

6. Your questions

Anything requiring your judgment, your availability, a legal attestation, or a truthful answer we don't have is flagged for you. We don't fill those in on assumption.

7. Tracking

Company, role, location, compensation if listed, date found, date applied, resume used, current status, notes and the original listing URL. You always know where you stand. The full sequence is also described on how it works.

Tell us what you're looking for

Share your target roles and we'll tell you honestly whether Reverse Recruiter is a fit.

Ethical limits we hold to

  • No invented experience, education, certifications, clearances or accomplishments
  • No impersonating you in employer conversations or interviews
  • No secretly completing coding tests, technical assessments or personality tests
  • No claimed employer relationships or hidden-listing access
  • No promises of interviews, offers, salaries, employment or timelines

Careful human support vs. mass auto-apply

Automated tools can submit a great many applications quickly. What they generally can't do is read a listing and conclude it isn't worth applying to — or notice that a "senior" title is really a lead role in a stack you told us you're done with. That judgment is the point of a human service.

We're not claiming automation is useless or unsafe; the honest trade-offs are set out in human reverse recruiter vs. AI auto-apply. We're saying we chose targeting over volume, and we don't report application counts as if they were results.

Who we work with

The service is built for technology professionals — software engineers and developers, IT, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data and AI. Role-specific detail lives on software engineers, IT & infrastructure, cybersecurity and data & AI.

Who this is for

  • You're employed and the search only happens after hours
  • You have target roles and want them pursued consistently
  • You want the admin gone, not your judgment replaced
  • You want every submission recorded

Who this may not be for

  • You want resume writing, interview coaching or negotiation support
  • You want maximum applications regardless of fit
  • You want guaranteed outcomes
  • You'd rather explore direction before applying anywhere

Pricing

Two payment structures cover the same core service: a lower monthly fee with a success fee due only after you accept a job, or a flat monthly fee with no success fee. Both are month-to-month. Current numbers and terms are on the pricing page, and is a reverse recruiter worth it? walks through how to evaluate the cost.

Frequently asked questions

What does the application service actually include?
Intake and criteria setup, job discovery, listing review, completion of approved applications using truthful information you provided, flagging of questions only you can answer, and tracking of every submission.
Do I approve applications before they're submitted?
You approve the criteria that govern the search, and you can also ask to review individual roles before anything is submitted. Tell your reverse recruiter which process you want at intake.
Is this a bot?
No. A person is assigned to your search. We use tools to stay organized, but a human reads the listings and decides whether a role is worth your application.
Do you write my resume?
No. Resume writing isn't part of the service today. We use the resume versions you provide and select the most appropriate one for each application.
What happens with questions I have to answer myself?
They're collected and sent to you rather than guessed at. Once you answer, that answer is reused on future applications where it genuinely applies.
How is my data handled?
Your information is used to run your search and complete your approved applications. It isn't sold. Applying means your details reach employers and their applicant systems — which is why you set the criteria that decide where.
