The success fee only applies to customers who choose the Success Fee Option. Fixed-Fee customers pay a flat monthly fee and never pay a percentage of salary.
The success fee is 8% of your accepted first-year base salary, unless the Terms of Service explicitly establish a different calculation for your situation.
It is only due after you accept a new job. If you don't accept a job while working with us, the success fee never applies.
Example. If you accept a job with a $100,000 first-year base salary, the success fee would be $8,000. This is an example — not a projection.
