These Terms of Service govern your use of Reverse Recruiter. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Reverse Recruiter is a human-powered job search service. Depending on your service scope and preferences, we help identify opportunities, filter jobs, submit agreed-upon applications, track applications, and communicate with you throughout your search.

No guaranteed outcomes

Employers control hiring decisions. Reverse Recruiter does not guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, or employment. Any statements about outcomes are illustrative examples only.

Fees & cancellation

Both payment options are month-to-month. You may cancel your future renewal at any time before it processes. The Success Fee Option is billed monthly at $1,500 and includes a success fee of 8% of your accepted first-year base salary, only due after you accept a new job. The Fixed-Fee Option is a flat $3,000 per month with no success fee. Fees may be updated with notice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful information about your background and qualifications.
• Review and approve applications and materials that require your input.
• Notify us promptly if you accept a job offer, so we can update your search and, if applicable, calculate the success fee.

Our commitments

• We will not fabricate qualifications on your behalf.
• We will not impersonate you in employer conversations or interviews.
• We will not secretly complete coding tests or technical assessments that require your participation.
